Why is this site PR6? Is this a 301 hijack?

    What exactly is the 301 highjack? Like I've heard about but never understood what people meant? It doesn't make sense that when you redirect a page, the page gets the PR or whatever.

    I don't know how it is done, but a 301 hijack can "steal" the rankings of another site... is that correct? Some of you pro's help me out here.

    I got excited and grabbed this domain at TNDAM... guess I'd better let it go as soon as it settles into my account.

    How it's done is people get a list of IP's that Google Crawlers use and then add a PHP 'IF' tag at the top of their pages seeing the thing viewing the page is a Google Bot, if so, then redirect to a PR10~ site, otherwise if the visitor ISN'T a google bot, then naturally show the site. :)
