Why is this site penalized?

    Hello,

    Any indication as to why this site is being penalized by google:

    ?? If I search for 'isolatie-informatie' on google.nl (my sites in Dutch) my site is only returned on page 5 or 6. Any indication on what might be wrong?

    it looks like your site doesnt have any natural linkbuilding.
