Why is This site didn't get banned ?

and it using adsense since 7 months ago and still using it

i am wandering How

isn't that unlegit ?​

 

well whts wrong in that site???

 

No content right only search tool

 

Adsense banned any Rapidleech , warez

and cause it's force people to click on the ads

 

But why they are running???

 

you can report if you found anything against TOS in this website, by clicking on "Ads by google" link in this website

I've seen some adsense sites that a spam to the max that seem to stay up, I wouldn't be game to do it though there's too much whitehat work at stake!

 

I also seen some warez blogspot and still they didn't get banned, so no idea too...

 

It's Been 7 months since he start to Use it

And still Use

And He Never Get Banned

 

But why they are running???

 

why don't you ask Google and let us know?

 

Complain to google, and they will help you to resolve.

 

When you ask this kind of question and you know you are right, why not quote the part of TOS that the website is breaking? You say it has no content, maybe google sees a chat window a content since people talk in it, you can't really talk without having a topic which basically creates content?

 

Google will soon catch up and ban site like this if the are violating.

 

I have report google many times but nothing in return. they are running!

 

Google AdSence Based on 2 Rules - 1. Don't Push your Clients to get Clicks. [Bcz no click no need to pay]. 2. No Adult Stuffs. [ Get google bad reputation - doesn't matter maximum people use google for searching Adult sites and stuffs And Google makes billions from those Adult sites AdWords ]
