Tough break man. And the worst part is that there isn't usually any recourse

aside from rep, itrader and all that jazz.

 

That made me lol. Sorry for your loss though. Hopefully he'll get banned soon(if he isn't already).

 

a scammer with a sence of humor! lol that was really funny, he is happy for you, and thinks he has scammed you for good

get a charge back on him, am sure he will have money in his account some time or the other, else his balance will go negative.

 

Paypal already ruled in my favor, but they said that they can do nothing because he already withdrew the money.

 

if they decided in your favor, what happens when he has enough funds in paypal to cover it, will paypal pay you back?

 

I dont know.. I am assuming after a certian amount of time goes by they just forget about it?? I hope not. Im doing some searches on their site to find that out right now...
