Why is this person not banned from DP?

    HBKer ripped me off for $75 I sent him via paypal for some "Adwords Vouchers". Today, he decides to send me the following PM:

    Re: YOU OWE ME

    Oh i didn't
    why you say that to me
    i thought we are friends

    about the money yes i've taken
    about i scammed you yes i did
    about if i gonna give you money back yes i won't
    so why then you treat me like that way

    you should thank me cause money is evil

    He flat out admits to ripping me off. PayPal will not give me my money back because he has no money left in his PayPal account, and I reported him to DP but nothing is done? So what doesn't everybody go around ripping each other off? It seems like nobody gives a crap if you do...

    In fact, I have received infractions from the mods for warning people about him.- "Attacking/Harassing Other Members"


    Don't get me wrong, I love these forums, its just that I think that you should not get penalized for warning others about scam artists and that something should be done to at least TRY to root out as much of it as possible to make for an honest marketplace here at DP.

    Im sure he will get banned. Just need the right mod to see this.

    As for your money it is probably gone for good though. :(

    These kinds of forums attract all kinds of people (that includes non-experienced people) so there is a "market" for scammers. that's why they are here.

    DP does not play litigation and get involved on the financial side.

    You should go through the itraders,rep,duration of membership before having a deal .
    I feel he should be banned as he admits that he scammed you !!
    Mods dont get Involved in Settling Disputes or Reading Other's PM . though , if you recieve spam then you can fwd those PM to mod .

    Shocking. I have heard about people scamming but this is unbelievable.

    Is he crazy or what. Not ashamed of what he did and he is openly declaring it.

    Well it is safe to do all financial discussion on PM.

    I am really sorry to see what happened.

    He is a big loser. The mods cannot know if you tell the thruth so they dont ban him. May some mods ban because they understand the case good, but not all.

    He was just online earlier today when he sent me that PM- and from what I read he PM'ed that other DP member, we would definately be dealing with the same person. I hope something is done about him. It is more than obvious what he has been doing here.
