Why is this page considered adult?

My friend has been trying to get his page listed in the ad network under 'Ron Jeremy' the page contains absolutely no adult content. It has perfectly wholesome pics of him meeting the movie/music/business celebrity. If poker forums like cardschat.com can use the network because they dont actually have any gambling happening on their site then why can't this page www.kr0nick.net/ron-jeremy not be accepted? It contains no adult content.

Ron Jeremy is not only synonomous with the adult business, but also used in many penis pills and sexual products promotions..

Not to mention that there should probably be a non-ugly rule preventing his visage being used in this ad network :D :D :D

Many members here have site targeted at kids, and this kind of language wouldn't be appropiate for them.
