why is this happening

    That's how much they charge for the transaction fee. If you're making money online with your account, you need a business or premier. If you're exchanging money between friends, family, etc. then get a personal account because those have no fees. :)

    Its Transaction fee (around 3.4%) + $0.30 per transaction.
