Read the When you should not create a directory thread in DIrectories section of DP there are way too many things wrong with it. The domain doesn't matches with content. There are title, designing and CSS issues as well
Google is pretty slow to update these and like said above only includes certain links, not sure on the criteria or if its random. I'm hoping for an update soon so I know whether to change my strategy or to keep going how I'm going.
