    I recieved 1$ from cpmleader.com.
    I got net amount only .66 $ and .34 $ fee.
Does paypal take fee for every transaction or is it me only.

Paypal collects its revenue by charging fee for every transaction and that is how it runs it's business. I guess... 0.34 is the minimum fee it charges and so for transactions involving $1 or less, you really feel the pinch! :(

In your case your are receiving a low amount and their fee charges

    2.9% + 0.30 USD

so it deduct a major of 30 cent from your single dollar, so try to get big amount whenever possible.

Paypal is a business, so they make their profit from charging transaction fees. It´s not so bad when you are selling something for say $47 but on $1 it seems like a lot to ´lose´.
Don´t worry, they charge everyone, not just you.

Paypal removed gift option for Indian users because of RBI rules. Earning $1 though paypal is great loss because of paypal fee. It is really sad news.
