why is overture so slow?

    The keyword suggestion tool has become slower and slower over the years. It's so slow now that it takes me 20 sec on average to get a response and half the times I get a 404.

    Any way to make it work better?

    I have similar problem and also they are giving search results back of Jan 2007, I am currently using adword/good keywords tool instead of overture.

    It's like that for me, too. Sometimes the page won't even load.
