Umm...I ran the mobile site m.milkmore.com through ready.mobi and it scored more than 4. Are you sure you tried the mobile site? Why the is the Submit a Site link not working? I just tried it. Please explain what you get if you can... You should get the registration page.
Thanks, just tried the moble url and I am impressed Does the script automatically divert mobile users to the mobile site? This is not obvious from the full screen homepage I am very new to the mobile scene, so perhaps there are conventions governing this that i am unaware off Is it a script you've developed yourself ? I am thinking in terms of modifying one of my own scripts for this niche
Hi, great looking site, feels good that the directory industry is growing in the mobile region, the initiative is well worth it, coz mobile is the future! pity im not finding the time for my site right now, will soon pick it up in the new year. i would recommend though going though GAP[google it], ....and also w3c mobile practices but dont put much wieght on it, as some are just impractical, but a read is always good. and test it here., some issues there. i beleive you havent ventured into a switcher (automatic redirection between html/ wap and wap2). thats the exciting part of it all. rest i think you got it right. Best of luck. M. EDIT: switch over to XHTML mobile profile 1.2, more power there; less errors
Site is definitely well-designed. Just submit it to web directories and other promotion means and you will be able to drive traffic to your directory.
Great friendly looking directory.. If I had a .mobi site I would have definitely submitted. Great idea though... that where its going anyway at least Google thinks so.
Many thanks for the kind words! Very encouraging. It just takes a long time when you are in a niche. Other than posting on relevant forums and submitting to web directories I'm not sure what else I can do at this point. It takes time as we all know.
