Why is my site so slow?

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows why my site is so slow.

Its cricket games

And it takes like 10 seconds to load. This leading to a high bounce rate and less adsense earnings.

Any ideas?

Could it be because of the youtube vids i play on the site ?

ya, it loads really fast for me here..
is it always slow, or only slow during certain times of the day?
Is it static-html or is in running on a CMS ?
