Why is my site PR3?

    Why is my site PR3? I thought for sure it would PR5 or so by now.

    umm what site is it?
    You cant exactly assume that your site will be a particular PR at anytime..

    I thought by now my site would be a PR5 too especially with all the new content and traffic, but alas it is still only 4... Only Google knows why.
