    I tried to enter the website right now but it doesn't load and I receive connection time out error.

    If you will check his URL with https its giving time out error but if you will check his URL with http ..... then i am seeing that its redirecting to another forum. This is also issue because he is loosing some previous potentials customers by this https issue.
