Why is my site not listed with Yahoo??

My site http://buzzgamer.blogspot.com/ is not listed with yahoo.

I have submitted it myself, yet every time I search for my site the closest thing I get is from a forum linking to my site. It was submitted 2 days ago, is this long enough to wait?

    Help/advice would be appreciated.

It does not matter if it is only 2 days since you submitted. If you have enough quality content with a few quality backlinks pointing to those articles, your site will be crawled by all search engines in no time!

Wait for 2-3 days more. Is your blog listed on Google? If yes than Yahoo will also soon Index it too.

lol. Now you would like to sell it too, right ? For about 100.000 $ ?

If you just made it you have to wait a little more for that.

It takes time before Yahoo SE bots crawl a site and index its pages. Just be patient and wait. That's the only thing you can do.

Maybe a good way would be to use yahoo answers or join yahoo groups and somehow post your website links by answering questions. This may help, but I am not an authority on this.

My site got indexed by yahoo about 2 months later than google did and I already had a pr 1 before it finally came out on yahoo search. So just wait patiently if it isn't indexed already.

Any site to be listed in any search such as yahoo, it needs to be done SEO on the specified site . SEO means Search Engine Optimization. You can hire any seo worker for this work. SEO is done in software company also.

Yahoo is slow with indexing new sites these days.

I have a suspension it might be because they like people to pay a fee to get indexed fast.

Sometimes it can take a couple of weeks.

Just what I was about to say... Quality content automatically gets you indexed. In your case, if you were hosted on self - hosted blog system then I would've recommended that you create and submit a sitemap.
