    Only Google Cache for your site page not give a guarantee of top position for your keyword. But as you have keyword in domain, you are getting benefits from this. now Do some SEO on-page and off-page work, and publish website through various Social Media Channels.

    google have very competition so you should focus on site where you have to seo work and how much it require and you should keep patience. seo will take time to get good rank.
