Why is my site not being listed in google

    I started a site about lower back tattoos (see sig), added unique content and plenty of images. According to backlinkwatchc.com the site has 2,000 backlinks yet it isn't even in Google yet.

    Looking at Shoemoney's serps tool (here), the site is "Not Listed" under "lower back tattoos"

    Any ideas why???

    Domain age plays an important role with google. Your site is new. It can take 6 months to a year before you start ranking for competitive terms. The gross number of backlinks doesn't matter to google. It's the quality and relevance.

    yes they are and they are embedded within a tattoo article
