Why is my site like this?

    Can someone please explain why the second link on my signature is coming up as it is? I am so lost.....

    A shot in the dark here, try changing Index.html to index.html
    if that doesn't work you may need to set what needs to be your home page within your control panel.

    Yeah I know, now im considering starting over. This template is terrible! Flash is such a pain in the ass....
