My site's URL (web address) is: http://hairstyles-haircuts.com/

About 1,5 month ago my site was removed from Google search index. I have tried to use the "reconsideration requests" for the site to get it back in, but I've have been give a "No" two times now.

The two times i've got the standard answer that my site does brakes some rules, regarding their quality for search index.

I dont know what they mean, is there anything i'm missing that you need to present?

check your robots.txt files and remove your current webmaster and create a new webmaster from another ID.

Google is more strict now with contents, make sure you have legitimate and unique ones.

I think having "spammy" backlinks can also get you removed, can't it? So if you did SEO that google didn't approve of (or hired someone to) that might also be a problem.
