Why is my PR4 site not getting enough traffic?

I saw a video in Youtube.In that , one guy said To increase PR , you need to have Great number of comments to your post, daily post etc.

I agree with gary60. Take a good look at your competition. Do they have huge pockets? I mean money to spend on marketing and having like 10 SEO guys and girls who optimize their site full-time?

 

PR would never effect your traffic. There are number of others tactics are there to generate traffic.

 

Yeah i know about that. Well, i am working hard on it, just want to make sure i am going in the right direction with the work. Or else once i am done with hard work, if it goes no where, i would be doomed.

 

Well that's how most of my pages are, but they dint work. It was just recently that i had to change it this way to check how it does. The old method of keeping the title as it is ain't works.

so tell me more what to do about it.

 

find do follow blogs and forums related to yours start posting get good quality backlinks. You will rank higher in serps. it takes a lot of time but worth it in the long runn. I would reather have a pr0 sight that gets 3 million traffic a month all organic then a pr 6 sight that gets 100 but thats me.

 

So you had post title as page title before and did not worked?
Than something else has to be done. I would change the title back tho.

I have read his blog and begun following his procedures. But i don't think its going to do any good any more.

 

Sometimes PR is not enough to get enough traffic. SERPS is more important.
