Look in the root of the public_html folder. You will see a file, index.htm or index.html. Delete it. Your site should work fine after that.

    1146 :Table 'abc_configuration' doesn't exist
    in:
[select configuration_key as cfgkey, configuration_value as cfgvalue from abc_configuration]

sometimes it can be open when I input www.abc.com/index.php, but it didnt work for www.abc.com
sometimes it will display the words below:
    1146 :Table 'abc_configuration' doesn't exist
    in:

If the site is database driven, check if all the tables imported properly.

After changing your domain's NS. Wait for about 24-48 hour for it to propagate.

Your site is loading fine, both with the .com/ and with .com/index.php

I'm not sure what the problem you have is with it?

Yeah!! Both of the URLs are loading pretty fine for me, but the index.php isn't being redirected to the /.
Do you have other index files on the document root? like index.html? If yes, backup and delete that.
