    Hi,

I am actively promoting get ex back ebook. Recently I have quite a number of people that email me for refund. But when I check my clickbank's transaction record, I couldn't find their name and receipt no. Why is it so? Does it mean that someone stole my sales?

I would contact the vendor and clickbank to find out what the problem is. I wouldn't waste time trying to figure out what's wrong, you might end up losing a lot of money.

It could very well be that someone has switched out your affiliate link with theirs. I would contact Clickbank and ask them to look into it. Plus, if you are getting that many requests for a refund already, I would look for another product to promote at the same time.

Hmmm, interesting. I tried marketing an ebook in that same niche from Clickbank too... I'm more shocked that you were able to convert it. :D

People do spend money buying this type of information. To be honest, more than 90% of my clickbank sales are from this niche.

Maybe vendor will look into it. Don't think clickbank will bother about your request. Anyway, will try to contact them. Thanks.
