Hi, I am actively promoting get ex back ebook. Recently I have quite a number of people that email me for refund. But when I check my clickbank's transaction record, I couldn't find their name and receipt no. Why is it so? Does it mean that someone stole my sales?
I would contact the vendor and clickbank to find out what the problem is. I wouldn't waste time trying to figure out what's wrong, you might end up losing a lot of money.
It could very well be that someone has switched out your affiliate link with theirs. I would contact Clickbank and ask them to look into it. Plus, if you are getting that many requests for a refund already, I would look for another product to promote at the same time.
Hmmm, interesting. I tried marketing an ebook in that same niche from Clickbank too... I'm more shocked that you were able to convert it.
People do spend money buying this type of information. To be honest, more than 90% of my clickbank sales are from this niche.
Maybe vendor will look into it. Don't think clickbank will bother about your request. Anyway, will try to contact them. Thanks.
