CJ sent check in Feb 27th, so far I didn't receive it yet. Today I made phone call for support. they suggest me to stop the check, then reissue it. it will cost me $25! what a surprise! it seems my fault not to receive their payment. I am only responsible for providing the correct address, if there is no payment, responsibility should be on their side. why charge me $25 for their own fault? The worst part is that they don't intend to investigate the reason I didn't receive my check. what if I can't receive it for second time even they resend it. I felt that I talked to an unprofessional fool. why is it so hard to receive first check from CJ
Thats the reason I stopped pushing CJ products and moved on to cpa networks which pays paypal. Checks get lost sometimes and its not my problem to pay them 25$. Why cant they add paypal or moneybookers or whatever payments
wow that is messed up, I agree you should not have to pay since it was basically on them, they need to change this policy asap imo

I experienced one cheque took 60 days arrive, but I stop the cheque at 40 days I recommend use US bank account for payment, very fast I am in South Africa, but I got an US bank account at etrade, (etrade.com) for payment and use debit card draw at local ATM.
CJ plays by there own rules. Just wait till you have reporting issues. Take days if not weeks to get a response some times. The checks seam to come faster every month. This month mine came 3 days after the account locked the amount. Good Luck
