Why is it so difficult to post a contest? The rules aren't clear...am I stupid?

    Hi there,
I am new to this forum and have joined this as I wanted to join this community as I have many small jobs for various pieces of work I need to get done and can see that there are many talented people on here who can do things for me.

I have read and re-read the guidlines but can't quite understand what I need to do so I am able to actually post a job for people to reply to. I don't think that I am that unintelligent but just don't understand what I need to do in order for me to be able to post threads for work.

I have been a member for nearly two weeks and have already started posting my 10 reviews but don't know what it means that I have to post 25 things in the buy sell trade section. Does this mean I can just reply to other peoples threads or how does this actually work?

All I want to do is to post jobs and pay people for work so why is this so difficult?

I really need something done, specifically want to have a contest but I don't understand exactly the steps to do so as it is not clear.

Can anyone else please fill me on this as I really need some help so I can get some work done.

    Thanks
    JP

You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges) or the Politics & Religion forum. Posting in some forums don't count towards your post count, at the moment you have 20 posts.

BTW you joined Apr 6th 2010 thats only 11 days.

    Thanks Brian
