    or a GOOGLEXXXXXXX.com owned by a non-google affiliate?

What are the exceptions to having a domain like this and for other sites like google and yahoo.

no really...you will still get Trademark issues if google find that their interests are being harmed.

Say what? And people still get them? Must be just for the heck of it...

I can see why it would be tempting, but I'd rather investment in something safe.

Perhaps it could be ok if the person says it's a new brand word called GOOGLEXXXXXXX. Doubt Google will be ok with it.

I suppose you can get sued for cybersquatting if you buy such domain names that contain a trademark. Though I also hear companies don't like to discuss such matters in court, but as for Google, I am sure it will tear you apart. Try to focus on some weeker fish :D

I think that you can try to register such kind domain name. I think that all that domain names would be ordinary domain names with no profit.

Once start getting traffic, once the bigger fish notice that their prey is becoming fat, it will come eat you up before you get more fatter.

That name would have no commercial value anyway, is it nine x's or eight x's, none would remember and forget a couple when typing in the domain name.
