I see that most of the people are taking SEO very seriously. Even some company i talked into, they are looking for SEO specialist.... Have you ever wonder why you have a good ranking, yet, there are no sales or just a little ones? Any SEO specialist care to explain? Any question to ask me?
SEO is a component of internet marketing You can throw into the mix, SEO PPC Advertising Affiliate marketing E-Mail marketing Social networking
I think great marketing can eventually lead to great SEO (well at least the backlinks you get). Topnotch marketing skills = more backlinks to your site = better search engine rankings. I can't really say anything about on-page optimization though...
It's because search engine traffic is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to selling a product. They are looking for free stuff. They are curiosity seekers. They are browsing, window shopping. They are bored, and click from one site to another. On and on.... And, on top of that, you first have to be lucky enough to even land high. If anybody tells you different, they are lying to you. "I make a lot of money...." Or: "I make a sale or two a week..." Heh. ... Typical. Boards are filled with idiots, noobs who don't know any better, attentions whores, and ones trying to sell you somethng.
That is simply not true. There are so many other ways to make sales. I do like SEO as it's easy... and you can get extra sales as a result. I got several salespages in the top of the search engines for good phrases. As a result, I am making A LOT of extra cash I'd normally not make if I'd only stick to other advertising methods I use (the paid ones)
Yeah thats my favorite part of SEO. I make sure every page I use (even if I use it strictly for PPC) gets a good onpage SEO workover. That way it can get indexed in google and who knows... Maybe it will get some freakishly kool keyword that brings in traffic.
agreed. There have been times were I found a landing page soo good, I was like soo close to buying into it... but then looked at my statements thinking... I would buy this, if I had the money xD
Yeah... exactly my thought. But ROI is just part of the equation. Depending on how you see ROI of course
