    Hello,

I have been getting new Google traffic on my blog. But when i change anything Google traffic drops a bit and ALL MY POSTS start to get racached and reranked so it means it takes a while to get all my posts to get reranked and to start recieving again. 5 days ago i did a change i changed to show 10 posts on index instead of 15, next day traffic was 50% less.

I just don't understand why is my Google traffic so sensitive on my site when i change something?

Stop changing things on your website. If Google is indexing your site then leave it as it is. If it is not broken then don't try to fix it.

Google doesn't seem to like changes, so don't make change too often.

Google has been updating Caffeine gradually on one of its data centers and will be completed by 2010 for the next big update on January.

A positive change is usually good (and google loves it too). On your forum, you reduced the amount of posts from 15 to 10 and this isn't particularly a good change. You have only reduced the amount of information on your page. Google wouldn't be very happy with that.

If you're changing the permalinks without redirect the old url to the new one, then I won't surprised if you loose 50% of traffic.

Yeah I mean are you changing the site structure or the actual URLs of your posts? I could see the internal linking structure sending things haywire and if URLs are changing then definitely expect to lose traffic for a while.
