Why is google declining website?

Hello,
I'm trying to get approved for adsense, but google keeps declining my website.
It has original content, doesn't participate in link exchange programs etc, has meta tags, title tags etc, all pages are accessible, has a sitemap also.

What could be the problem?
The website is: www.sss.firm.in

I have resubmitted, but if they decline again, are there anymore programs I can use other than adsense? I will get paid in India.

This is because of the site is only single page and has not much content in it....

 

Also your website needs to be at least 6 months old for Google to approve you.

 

The website is not a single page site. There are 3 different softwares being distributed from that site, each with a seperate page of its own.
The domain is also at least 2-3 years old.

They also declined: www.MunafaSutra.com
I cannot count how many pages on that site and that is also over 7 months old.

It's a chart generating website for stock exchange in India.

Anyways, do you guys know of a similar program for Indian publishers? Popups, popunders, banners etc, anything will do. It need not be adsense like ads, just anything that pays in India.

So not true. It is just a recommendation, not a requirement.

 

Are there any other programs I can use instead of google? Payments with paypal are also good enough.
I can use popup programs, popunders too.

 

When you get declined you usually get an e-mail with all the information needed to make your website get google-approved. If not, just try to reapply after adding more content, doing more seo work and waiting a couple of weeks, older domains usually get approved quickly

All it says is that site does not comply with google's policy. I'm not sure what that means. There's no adult content, no racial content etc...

There is another option though, there's still the option to create a simple blog spot and apply with it, and then add Google Ads to the website you're mentioning here. That could work too.

1-organic you keyword must unique and you can win the competition & reach the first google search page but that not must reach page numb. 1 for the approval from google adsence
2-direct only 4% you must not send your website link to more friends messages when advertisements on your site cauze that mean you say to them to click on the adv..... attention for this point

No, it's not a subDomain.
They rejected again, and look at the reason this time.
The website has 3 softwares that "I" coded myself (sourceCode is in my PC), and google says:

No, its not a recommendation, its a requirement. Its written quite clearly in the Adsense policy.
