Why is Google Analytics not real-time like Statcounter?

    can't really complain about it, its free and its probably one of the most real-world related statistics...a lot of the other stats applications i've used seem flawed in their counting methods in one form or another, not to say analytics doesnt have a few but it seems to be the most realistic numbers.

    Hey i have never used Statcounter.

    How does it work, can any one give me some idea of it.
    But popularly Google analytics is only used by the people.
