why is disclosing CTR & eCPM against TOS?

    I was wondering why is disclosing CTR & eCPM against TOS? Why the secrecy? Just wondering, that's all....

    Get 100 people from same topic to display their stats and some people might be able to make a projection and determine what % is google taking. And it's not just that. Let's just imagine that google might have some "high end" adwords users that might have a non-disclosure policy or something, that would disallow google to display how much they are paying.
