Why is Chitika better than Adsense?

Sorry guys but from my experience I must admit that Adsense is the best. I didn't have much luck with the Chitika income.

 

I also like payment by paybal.

If you have good contents, SE traffic, and placed Chitika for long time (2-3 months) CPM can be 2-5 USD.

Actually.. you can run both AdSense and Chitika on the same site. Chitika ad units are NOT considered contextual.

 

I am amazed that we have a seperate forum for chitika which is just so useless.

Chitika is really really pathetic. Beside it is meant only for product related websites with 90% organic search engine traffic and that too from US and Canada. So basically it makes no sense with publishers from other parts of the world. Stick with Adsense or Adbrite

as per my experience, chitika is not good for none-US sites.. they don't show ads at all in page with asian (local) content.. on the other hand Google got something for everybody...

 

Chitika + Adsense+ Kontera is ultimate combo. You can use Chitika when public service ads would be displayed check out Ezine Articles for examples of this.

 

Thank you for this information. I am planning to advertise using AdHitz and in the introduction for one of the sites it says AdHitz ads appear when Chitika does not appear,
so that may be the reason for the non-performance of Chitika: they have some agreement with AdHits, so it might be better to get an AdHits account,too and put both of their ads on the same page or just use AdHits and forhet Chitika. I will continue to look into advertising with AdHits because their prices are from $.12 per click in USA,
$.10 in Canada ,$.06 per click in Europe and $.03 per click for the rest of the world.
You do not have to compete for the per click bids- they are just a flat fee !!!!!!

Why do people ask like you have to choose just one, you can use chitika with adsense it works greats. One my friends just started and is making about 6$ a day with google adsense and hasnt seen his adsense drop at all.

I've been running Chitika on my Articles Directory for about 4 months now and truthfully if I made a buck in one day I'd be floored but it costs nothing to run and as traffic builds so will the revenues (I hope) so for now I'll just let the pennies roll in.
