Why is adsense so spotty?

    One day I can make $40 but then the next day I can make $18...even though I get more traffic on the 2nd day. One day I get 25+ clicks and the next like 10.

    Because one click might be worth $0.01c and another might be worth $1.10 my friend.

    It appears spotty to you because you receive so few clicks/impressions to start with.

    When your clicks/impressions grow you will notice more consistency in your earnings day to day.

    better to look at your earnings month by month to have an idea on how you're doing, not day by day.
