    Great to bring us back to fundamentals.
    So often we take a piece of the picture and forget the whole.
    Unless we have a clear and total marketing plan we get lost and think that the one piece in isolation is sufficient.

    Couldn't agree more. We have already made significant changes to our SEM, Social Media and Nurturing strategies based on our Marketing plan. The rewriting of our mission and vision has re-defined our purpose and direction too, so it's game on now!
