Today's internet is all about people trying to monetize their shitty websites made for adsense or for any other clone crap. Internet is an huge piece of shit with no relevant content. INTERNET IS OVER GO HOME THERE'S NOTHING TO SEE ANYMORE!!!
That statement makes absolutely no sense. The internet is a network, or a series of networks. Or do you mean there are certain services that run on the internet that have become sh*t. Or do you mean that there are certain protocols are sh*t? What I think you mean, is that there is content that is served up on the "WWW' that is sh*t... I for one use the internet for a lot more than just http. So as far as I'm concerned, the internet is not over.
Internet is just like a knife. Use it what ever way you like to achieve the result. It may be productive or destructive depending on how we use it...

That's why only good sites have any success with monetizing Crappy work means no interest, so the users don't care how much sh*t there is as long as good sites still exist...
It's not that much of an issue. Shitty sites like the ones you mentioned are becoming less and less prominent everday as search engine algorythms filter out spam better.
