why I'm receiving so low CPC?

    I have a site about self discovery adn self help
    in the first monts my average CPC was aroud 20 cents, now it dropped to 3 cents.
    Can someone tell me what could be the reason?

    The short version is if the people clicking your links aren't bringing value to the people running ads, you will get paid less. It also works in reverse... if you have valuable (to the advertiser) users clicking ads, the pricing may be adjusted up.
