Why i'm getting that error everytime...

Hi,
everytime i open photoshop up, it gives me the following msg



i choose use anyway

then i see the eps or psd files in that colors



can someone help me how to avoid it and make the psd,eps ..ect files shown with real colors

check your settings on the Control Panel then click Color Management.

check "use my settings for this device" box.

Have you tried installing Photoshop again ?
