Why I'm getting a transaction fee?

    Hello,

    I'm been receiving affiliate payment via paypal. For the past 5months, all the payments that I got has no transaction fee. But yesterday was different, paypal charges with with transaction fee.

    What could be the reason?

    FYI,nowsday paypal change their fee structure.
    They split it to personal and business payment.
    For personal payment it no fee.

    PayPal is even charging transaction fee on Personal accounts now. What a joke :(

    Personal accounts are also chargable now.
