Yes !! This will be the only reason !! Google Considers websites with same ip as partner or network websites !!

No, thats not. They count the backlinks from same IP site, but gives priority to different C class IP sites.
Anyway, have you checked if your link exchange partners still have your links up?

Well.........I have not seen any loss in no of backlinks from google. Each time after backlink update from google no. of backlinks increased for my sites...........but in your case may be your lin partners have removed your links or if you are asking through checking links at webmaster tools that no. of links decreased then it may be possible that you have changed your signature links in different forums if your involved in forum discussions as at webmaster tools google also show links from forum and blog postings......

What is "broken back links"?I checked some of my external links,it is still there,i can visit my own site by clicking my link on other sites. Will that influence my sites with google if all my 345 sites are locating one IP address?I am thinking to disable most of my sites and leave 15 of them enable?

    ...so confused:(.

Some of your previous backlinks from other sites must have been deleted or no longer exists.. but most of the time, Google shows very limited number of backlinks report

If you are not maintaining your site, by having strong backlinks or having any irrelevant links in it. Yu must also use good quality contents.

    Hi,

Google ranks websites according to an algorithm, there are many factors involved in determining which sites get to be 1, 2 and so on, but the number of OTHER sites that mention your website is the biggest factor in determining who goes where in search results.

    Thank' S :)
