Why I just got very low eCPM $1.9?

Could everyone help me review my site ads Placement? Any comments could be appreciated.

I started google AdSense a few months ago. I have technology blog(http://www.javarmi.com) which got average 500 visitors everyday. the CTR of Ads is 0.46% and eCPM $1.9. So the unit price is really low. could anyone help me imporve it? I put the google ads in my content pages. thanks

Also how about my site theme and layout? is it clear?

Thanks for checking on, I just put the Adsense ads on article pages, index and directory pages I have removed because it got little impression.

Really? what is your eCPM? May I with you get research togther to imporve our ads incoming?
