My host is a big company, so big, their 'instantservice' help, means I need to speak to about 5 people until I get put forward to the correct 'department'. I pay nearly $1500/year for my server, yet they can't assign me someone to talk to when I need quick help with things. I feel stupid for asking most of the questions I ask because I honestly don't know much about domains, dns, forwarding, server ips, root... ect ect, and it doesn't help when they talk to me in their robot English over instantchat. Anyway. Does anyone know if there's a service, person or company who specialise in dealing with host related enquiries?
I don't know of any companies that deal with this kind of work, but I have helped my friends out with questions. Shoot me any concerns you have
