I have checked with your username and password , it's working properly. i tried to submit link also , all process are working you can submit now, i think at that time when you submitting your link all site is on maintenance, that's why site showing you error...
I reckon you did work after a limit So it got spammed . There is no need to worry about the thing just hold on your work on the particular website and start it after some time. I passed from same situation.
