Why I get This

    Hello All,
    I am new to AdWords even in DP fourm, so please help me to get out off this issue.
    1- I was received $100 AdWords coupon from google
    2- created my new account to AdWords and activated (using my visa card) well.
    3- Also created my 1st Campaign
    4- Although my account status now is :
    - Primary Payment Method
    Visa (...XXXX) - valid
    - Current Balance
    (USD $95.00)
    5- I got these messages on "Campaigns" section
    - We were unable to authorize a payment on your credit card.
    Please try to make another payment by visiting your Make Payments
    page. If you need to update your payment details before attempting
    another payment, please visit your Billing Preferences page.

    - Your ads aren't running because your prepaid balance is exhausted.
    Make a payment now.

    Could any one help me to understand this issue please?

    Why put your site there for a issue that has nothing to do with it?

    Another reason could be that your coupon date expires.
