Why I can't post thread on the "Buy, Sell or Trade forum"?

    In faq, it said :You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges) or the Politics & Religion forum.

    But I think I have been a member for 14 days more, and have total 40 post! Why I can't post thread also?

    Any one tell me?
