Is this a new site? if so it can take time to be listed in yahoo. possibly weeks or months..
You could submit your site map in yahoo explorer, that should help your cause

There are several reasons.yahoo takes time to index after you submit and it up to 1 month in rare cases.Another reason if your web site have copied content.try to do link building with high pr site that helps your site index fast.

Sorry to go off topic. I think google is a better. All you have to do with google, is send off a email. and you're away. ;)
Also, If you don't think any of these are good. I have my own search provider, I'll put you're website on there if you want? :D

Post some Yahoo Answers. They often pick up your website faster if you make a bunch of backlinks from their own website.

But Yahoo! Answers consumes too much time for me. I only spend about 1-2 hours daily just to upgrade my website and after that i'll sleep. :D

    My experience:
    - First: submit sitemap to Google, Yahoo and Bing.
    - After that: spend small money for Adwords.

I'm sure your sites will be index in few days
