why i can't apply DISCOVER programm

    Hello, someone can please help, when i click on get links and whrite discover there is one programm with orang picture where is whriting DISCOVER, after i click aplly programm it shows: Discover Card: Your application has been declined by this advertiser for one or more reasons. If you have a question please contact the advertiser through advertisers detail page within the account manager.


    what is this reason?:confused:

    If it's an auto decline, it's probably because you're not in the US.
