why i can't add signature?

    i have been a member at least 7 days and have at least 10 posts ,but why i can add signature and links for this forum? why ?
    and my enlish is not very well.it's so hard for me to understand some guideline.

    can any1 help me?

    Yep... and by Chinese calendar, you signed up on the 15th. 21 - 15 = 6 still. :)

    Either way, you have about 12 hours still before you have been a member for 7 days.
