Why I Cann't signeture?

    i can't signature for my dp profile. i m a member for more than 7 days here. posted 21 posts. so i fulfilled the requirement.i don't believe that i ve a red reputation. where i ll check my reputation? but still can't signature. why? can anyone give me a exact reason?
