You literally could make a 500px flashing red banner telling people about it, and they would not read it and still ask the same question... Every repeated question is answered already (usually with a giant non-dismissible notice on the relevant page).
You can do anything, people can't read anyway, not bothered to read rules, not bothered to used the search function, they think they are all alone and that anyone can pay attention to their life. Obviously they get answers like that one and so they complain... why people don't like me, I just asked a question. Like Walter would say: Get a Life!!
Is it really hard? People don't realize one thing, it's not because they have been in the forum for x years and have given free stuff and blah blah that they are established and have contributed, giving away a free script does not mean they contributed to the forum, actually, they attract people that later became either spammers or such parasites. I haven't checked your profile but getting to 1100 posts and received 99 itrading means that you don't really need to work hard to get those 3 deserved likes and I am sure that 3 cool answers to some threads out there would help you out
I'm not going to open an other thread, since this is kind of the same case for me too. It is kind of wired, I am an old user here, I can post in marketplace (haven't checked all subforums), but I can't post (even reply) at the "scripts" subforums. May I ask why?
Utterly ridiculous, I get it, you want crap removed from here. As I am an occasional user, I cannot see the logic in being banned from participating in one of the very few sections I have an interest in. I want to buy links and product reviews, yet I cannot. I don't have the time to get my head around your new rules and whatever I need to do to comply with your anti-spam, scam or whatever logic resulted in my acct being locked out of posting in link sales. I have read some suggestions that I post responses to other threads to get 'likes'....Really? I have no interest in that at all. I am not here to help someone else out, I want to purchase something and I cannot. Fail!
Yeah, not gonna purchase a premium membership. Again no interest there, effectively doubling the price I am going to pay for something is not really making me all that happy. When did this policy go into place? It's good to see you doing something about the prevalence of junk that I have run into around here. I wish you luck... Your former user.
No worries... the changes went into place a few weeks ago (at the same time the platform/framework changed).
So you understand why the changes have been made, but you have no interest in "helping anyone out" or the ability to contribute anything to the forum...thats exactly why the changes have been made..bye bye...you won't be missed
If you think positive, this new rule has more benefits for you to purchase something here. You don't want to waste your time dealing with scammers/spammers right..? Dealing with them takes more time and energy rather than contributing anything to the forum right..? Bye bye..
