Why I am not able to start thread in BUY, SELL OR TRADE, or in WEBSITE REVIEW ?

    I have been a member from last 20 days, still I am not able to post in above mentioned sections. When I post something in other section then it is deleted. How to overcome this problem ?

    The figure of 10 goes up to 25 for BST.
