    image popularity is actually a very good traffic method for some of the people i know so it shouldn`t bother you that u have traffic as long as you have it:D

    You may have a lot of images in your blog and you give proper alt to your tags. I'm also getting a lot of traffic from images.

    may be you can use an overlaying analytics like crazy eggs and see what they will do for your image traffic？
